Job Description

The Freight Sales Executive - B2B will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing clients in the freight and logistics industry. They will identify potential customers, build relationships, and close sales deals. The Freight Sales Executive should have a thorough understanding of B2B sales techniques and a deep knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics services.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential B2B customers in the freight and logistics industry.
  • Conduct cold calls, meetings, and presentations to introduce services and secure new business.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring profitability and compliance.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of services.
  • Provide regular reports and forecasts on sales activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the freight and logistics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics services.
