Freight Forwarding Sales Executive

We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Freight Forwarding Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our freight forwarding services. You will be working with both new and existing clients to promote our services and build strong relationships within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect potential clients in various industries to promote and sell our freight forwarding services
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Utilize your knowledge and understanding of the freight forwarding industry to effectively negotiate and close deals
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to clients
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, competition, and industry updates to capitalize on potential sales opportunities
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our services
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the freight forwarding industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of logistics and freight forwarding processes and procedures
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
