Fragrances Consultant

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Fragrances Consultant to represent our luxury fragrance line in retail locations across the UAE. The role involves delivering exceptional service, educating customers about products, and driving fragrance sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with fragrance selections tailored to their preferences.

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of fragrance notes, brands, and trends.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Maintain store displays and ensure fragrance testers are well-stocked.

• Provide personalized product recommendations and cross-sell complementary items.

• Participate in promotional events and brand campaigns.

• Maintain high standards of customer service and personal grooming.

• Keep up-to-date with new product launches and training sessions.

• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.

• Build long-term relationships with regular customers to encourage repeat business.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; retail training is an advantage.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty, cosmetics, or fragrance retail.

• Strong product knowledge and a passion for luxury fragrances.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets.

• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.

• Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.

• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
