Fragrances Consultant

As a Fragrances Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in the realm of scents and fragrances. Your primary duties will include assisting customers in finding their perfect fragrance match based on their preferences and guiding them through the selection process. You will educate customers on different fragrance notes, brands, and trends to help them make informed decisions. Additionally, you will stay updated on the latest fragrance launches and promotions to drive sales and meet targets. Strong communication skills, a passion for fragrances, and a keen eye for detail are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expert knowledge of various fragrances and their characteristics.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in selecting the most suitable fragrances based on their preferences.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest fragrance trends and new product launches.
• Maintain a clean and organized fragrance counter or section within the store.
• Meet sales targets by effectively promoting and upselling fragrances to customers.
• Utilize product knowledge to recommend complementary products such as lotions and body washes.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and replenishment of fragrances.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in beauty or fragrance industry
• Strong passion and knowledge for fragrances
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
