Food Technologist

As a Food Technologist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and innovation of chocolate products. Your role involves recipe development, quality control, and compliance with food safety regulations to maintain the highest standards in chocolate production.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and modify chocolate recipes for taste, texture, and quality.
• Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure consistent product excellence.
• Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality chocolate ingredients and additives.
• Optimize production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations, including HACCP and GMP.
• Conduct laboratory tests and product evaluations for shelf life, stability, and texture.
• Maintain precise records of recipes, ingredients, and production processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support successful product launches.
• Stay updated with industry trends and contribute to chocolate innovation efforts.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
• Previous experience in food product development or quality control, preferably in the chocolate industry.
• Knowledge of chocolate processing, tempering, and molding techniques.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
