Job Description

As an F&B Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be overseeing the daily operations of the Food and Beverage department. You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all activities related to the dining experience, including managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining quality standards. Additionally, you will be tasked with monitoring inventory, placing orders, and managing budgets to ensure profitability. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the front of house F&B team in providing excellent customer service.
  • Train new staff members on F&B procedures, policies, and service standards.
  • Ensure smooth operation of the F&B outlets, including scheduling, ordering, and inventory management.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control for all food and beverage offerings.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Implement health and safety protocols in accordance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food and beverage service efficiently.
  • Create and update menus, pricing, and promotional offers in consultation with management.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address issues, and solicit feedback.
  • Report to the F&B Manager and assist in developing strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage service
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
