Job Description

A Fixed Income and Financing Structurer plays a vital role in designing and developing innovative fixed income products and structured financing solutions for institutional clients. This position requires a deep understanding of capital markets, fixed income instruments, derivatives, and risk management. The structurer collaborates with sales, trading, legal, and risk teams to create tailored solutions that meet client investment objectives while adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements. The role is analytical, client-focused, and demands both technical expertise and creativity to navigate complex financial challenges and capitalize on market opportunities.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and structure fixed income and financing products to meet client-specific requirements

  • Analyze market trends, interest rate movements, and credit risk to optimize product design

  • Collaborate with sales and trading teams to pitch and execute structured solutions

  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure products meet regulatory standards

  • Develop pricing models and tools for structured fixed income instruments

  • Monitor deal execution and provide post-trade support to ensure operational integrity

  • Prepare detailed term sheets, risk analyses, and client presentations

  • Maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and provide technical product support

  • Research and implement innovative structuring strategies based on market demand

  • Keep abreast of global market developments and their implications for structured products


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field

  • Proven experience in fixed income structuring, investment banking, or financial engineering

  • Strong understanding of fixed income instruments, derivatives, and structured finance

  • Proficiency in financial modeling and pricing tools (e.g., Excel, VBA, Python)

  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to clients and internal teams

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Knowledge of global regulatory frameworks affecting structured products

  • Experience with Bloomberg, Reuters, and other financial data platforms

  • Team player with a proactive and client-focused mindset
