Responsibilities

• Develop and structure fixed income products and financing solutions based on client needs and market conditions.
• Work closely with sales, trading, and research teams to create bespoke structured products to meet client requirements.
• Conduct pricing analysis, risk management, and regulatory compliance for structured products.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure structured products adhere to applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide expertise on fixed income markets, interest rates, credit spreads, and other relevant factors affecting structured products.
• Present structured product ideas and solutions to clients, explaining the benefits and risks.
• Monitor market trends and assess the performance of existing structured products, recommending necessary adjustments or enhancements.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as clients, investors, and trading partners.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to stay updated on developments in fixed income and financing structures.
• Continuously assess and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of structured product processes and models.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong understanding of fixed income products, financial markets, and financing structures.
• Experience in structuring and executing fixed income transactions.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and quantitative analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
