Job Summary: As a Fire and Safety Technician at AI One Fire and Safety LLC, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the proper installation, maintenance, and repair of fire protection and safety systems. This position requires a skilled and detail-oriented individual with a strong technical background in fire safety equipment and systems. The successful candidate will contribute to the safety and security of our clients by performing hands-on tasks related to fire protection systems.

Key Responsibilities:

· Installation and Maintenance:

· Install, inspect, test, and maintain various fire safety systems, including fire alarms, fire fighting, extinguishers, sprinklers, and emergency lighting.

· Ensure compliance with local and national fire safety codes and regulations.

· Troubleshooting and Repairs:

· Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with fire safety equipment and systems.

· Perform necessary repairs and replacements to ensure optimal functionality.

· Inspections and Testing:

· Conduct routine inspections of fire protection systems and equipment.

· Perform testing and calibration to verify the proper operation of devices.

· Documentation:

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.

· Provide detailed reports to clients regarding the status of their fire safety systems.

· Customer Interaction:

· Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner.

· Provide education and guidance on fire safety best practices.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications in fire safety are a plus.

· Proven experience as a Fire and Safety Technician or similar role.

· Strong knowledge of fire safety codes, regulations, and industry best practices.

· Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.

· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
