Financial Controller

As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the organization, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage financial systems and policies to ensure compliance and effective financial management.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure adequate liquidity and financial stability.
• Supervise the accounting team and ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Monitor and review internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate risk.
• Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
• Evaluate and optimize financial performance through cost control measures and revenue enhancement strategies.
• Provide guidance and support to senior management on financial matters and KPIs.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement in financial processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting.
• Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
