Financial Controller Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Controller Assistant to support the finance department in maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with budgeting processes, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This role will work closely with the Financial Controller to streamline reporting, financial planning, and analysis activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Support the budgeting and forecasting process by collecting, analyzing, and entering data.

• Monitor financial transactions and ensure accuracy of ledger entries.

• Help maintain internal controls and assist in audits.

• Reconcile bank statements and assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Coordinate with other departments to gather financial information as required.

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the finance team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate finance environment.

• Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.

• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
