The Finance Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the financial health of the organization by managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Provide financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and financial results.
  • Manage the preparation of financial statements in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure ongoing financial stability and compliance.
  • Monitor cash flow and working capital to optimize financial resources and enhance liquidity.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop accurate and achievable budgets.
  • Conduct regular financial reviews and variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
  • Provide strategic financial advice and recommendations to support business decision-making and growth initiatives.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting to drive continuous improvement in financial management processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
  • Professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills required.
