Finance Intern

The Finance Intern supports the finance department in various financial tasks, including data entry, report preparation, and reconciliation. They assist in maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and performing basic financial analysis. The Finance Intern also collaborates with other team members to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in data entry and maintenance of financial records.
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Process invoices and expense reimbursements.
• Collaborate with team members to reconcile financial discrepancies.
• Assist in conducting basic financial analysis.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Adhere to financial and accounting policies and procedures.

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of financial concepts and principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
