Finance Analyst - MEA

As a Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, trends, and performance to provide key insights and recommendations to support business decision-making. Your main tasks will include preparing financial reports, forecasting future financial trends, and assessing company performance against financial targets. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop budgets, improve financial processes, and make strategic recommendations for cost savings and revenue enhancement. Additionally, you will conduct financial modeling, identify risks and opportunities, and assist in developing financial strategies to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and a deep understanding of financial principles and accounting practices. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is typically required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
• Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization
• Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials
• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
• Develop financial models to support decision making, as well as shareholder presentations
