Job Description
The Field Telecom Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting telecommunication systems in the field. This role involves working with various telecommunications equipment, such as routers, switches, and telephone systems. The Field Telecom Engineer must have strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in different locations.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure telecommunication equipment based on project requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance on telecommunication systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to telecommunication equipment and systems.
- Conduct site surveys and assess network infrastructure needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical problems.

- Keep accurate records of equipment inventory and maintenance activities.
- Stay updated with the latest telecommunication technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, telecommunications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in telecommunication systems and equipment.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
