Female Swimming Instructor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Female Swimming Instructor to join our team and help promote aquatic safety and skill development. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching individuals of all ages, from beginners to advanced swimmers, and possess a thorough understanding of swimming techniques and safety procedures. The role requires a positive attitude, the ability to motivate students, and a commitment to providing a safe and encouraging environment. Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured swimming lessons to individuals and small groups, ensuring each session is tailored to the needs and skill level of the participants

• Monitor swimmers to ensure safety, correct technique, and progress throughout the lesson

• Prepare lesson plans and maintain detailed records of student performance and progression

• Educate students on water safety, rescue techniques, and proper swimming etiquette

• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the pool area, reporting any maintenance issues promptly

• Provide first aid or emergency assistance when required, following established protocols

• Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about progress and address any concerns with professionalism

• Stay up to date with current swimming instruction methods and certifications

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Swimming Instructor or Lifeguard, preferably with various age groups

• Certification in lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid (internationally recognized certificates preferred)

• Strong swimming ability and in-depth knowledge of all major strokes and water safety procedures

• Comfortable working with children, teenagers, and adults in a professional and motivational manner

• Patience, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, based on class schedules

• Female candidates only due to cultural and privacy considerations in our facility
