F and B Service Expert

As an F and B Service Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will be knowledgeable about our menu offerings, able to make recommendations, take orders, and deliver food and beverages with precision and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
• Deliver orders to guests in a timely manner
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
• Handle guest queries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
• Set up and clean tables, chairs, and dining areas.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Upsell menu items and promote special promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in food and beverage service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
