F and B Service Expert

As an F&B Service Expert, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences for guests by providing outstanding customer service and ensuring efficient operations in the food and beverage department. Your role will involve greeting guests, taking orders, serving dishes, and addressing any customer needs or concerns in a professional and timely manner. Additionally, you will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that all meals are prepared and served according to standard. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dining area, as well as assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Handle payments and operate the cash register
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Train and supervise junior staff members on proper service procedures

• Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage service
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage menu items
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations
• Certificate in Food and Beverage Service or related field
