Job Description

The F&B Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations and strategic management of food and beverage outlets within a hospitality, hotel, or restaurant group environment in the UAE. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining hygiene and quality standards, optimizing operational efficiency, and complying with UAE food safety regulations. The manager will lead and motivate a diverse team, implement cost control measures, and coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth and profitable F&B operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Managing the overall F&B operations across multiple outlets, ensuring seamless service, product consistency, and customer satisfaction.

  • Overseeing staffing, training, and team development to ensure high performance and compliance with UAE labor laws.

  • Implementing and monitoring hygiene, health, and safety standards in alignment with UAE Municipality food safety regulations.

  • Managing inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure timely availability of quality ingredients and supplies.

  • Developing and executing operational budgets, monitoring costs, and implementing strategies to maximize profitability.

  • Coordinating with culinary, marketing, and finance teams to launch promotions, events, and menu enhancements.

  • Conducting regular audits and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and operational efficiency.

  • Handling guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery with professionalism to uphold brand reputation.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in food and beverage management, with at least 2 years in a senior operational role within the UAE.

  • In-depth knowledge of UAE food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and local municipality requirements.

  • Proven leadership and team management skills with a multicultural workforce.

  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L analysis.

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in POS systems, MS Office, and restaurant management software.

  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
