We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage department, managing a team of employees, ensuring high-quality service standards, and maximizing profitability. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing policies and procedures, monitoring inventory levels, managing food and beverage costs, and collaborating with the culinary team to create innovative menus. The F&B Operations Manager should have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. A minimum of 5 years of related experience in the food and beverage industry is required for this role. Responsibilities

  • Oversee overall operations of the food and beverage department.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.
  • Train and supervise F&B staff to provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative menus and promotional offers.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and pricing.
  • Analyze financial performance and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Food and Beverage operations, with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of managing budgets, achieving financial targets, and driving operational efficiency.
