F&B Operations Manager

The F&B Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and profitability. This role involves managing restaurant and catering services, staff supervision, inventory control, and cost management. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hospitality, leadership skills, and the ability to enhance guest satisfaction while maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service

• monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with regulations

• manage inventory levels, ordering, and supplier relationships to optimize costs

• recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff, ensuring high performance and teamwork

• collaborate with chefs and culinary teams to create innovative menus and promotions

• analyze financial reports, manage budgets, and control expenses to maximize revenue

• handle guest feedback and resolve complaints to enhance customer experience

Requirements:

• bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field

• minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B management or a similar role

• strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
