Executive Pastry Chef

The Executive Pastry Chef will be responsible for overseeing the pastry department and managing the production of baked goods and desserts. They will develop and execute pastry recipes and menu items, train and supervise pastry staff, and ensure the highest quality standards are met. • Stay up to date with trends and innovations in pastry arts.

• Proven experience as an executive pastry chef or a similar role.
