Executive Banking Relationship Manager

The Executive Banking Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals by offering tailored banking solutions, wealth management services, and financial advisory. This role requires maintaining deep client relationships, identifying investment opportunities, and delivering personalized service aligned with UAE banking regulations. The position plays a critical role in growing portfolio value, ensuring compliance, and achieving business targets within a competitive financial services environment.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of executive and HNWI clients, providing bespoke financial advice and banking services.

• Identifying new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach to high-potential clients.

• Offering wealth management products, investment advisory, and structured solutions suited to client profiles and risk appetites.

• Ensuring timely execution of transactions and consistent follow-up to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

• Conducting periodic portfolio reviews and recommending adjustments in line with market developments and client goals.

• Working closely with internal departments, including compliance, credit, and investment teams, to fulfill client needs.

• Ensuring strict adherence to the Central Bank of the UAE’s KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance requirements.

• Preparing reports and contributing to strategic growth initiatives aimed at segment profitability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business; a Master’s degree or professional certifications are preferred.

• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in private or priority banking with a strong track record of managing HNWI relationships.

• In-depth understanding of wealth management products, investment solutions, and financial markets.

• Strong knowledge of UAE banking regulations, risk management practices, and compliance protocols.

• Exceptional relationship management, client servicing, and communication skills.

• Fluency in English is required; Arabic and other languages are an asset.

• Proficiency in financial tools, CRM platforms, and banking software.
