Job Description: The Events Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue through selling event spaces, catering services, and event packages. They will develop and maintain client relationships, create sales strategies, and meet sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and follow up on potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales
- Create customized event proposals
- Coordinate with event operations team
- Attend networking events and trade shows
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in event sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
