Job Description
The Event Sales Manager will be responsible for driving event sales and managing relationships with clients. This includes identifying potential customers, promoting event services, and negotiating contracts. The Event Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and customer satisfaction. Strong sales and negotiation skills are essential for this role, as well as excellent communication and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients for event sales opportunities.
- Promote event services and packages to target market segments.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information on event offerings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts for event bookings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful event planning and execution.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings in the event market.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in event sales and customer relationship management.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
