Job Description
An Events Sales Manager oversees the planning, execution, and sales of events within the organization. They collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of events. They also develop and implement sales strategies to attract clients and achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract clients for events.
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients.

- Coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute events.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of event-related services.
- Monitor and analyze event performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure successful execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event sales and management.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
