Events Marketing Professional

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Events Marketing Professional to plan, promote, and execute high-impact events that enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. Based in the UAE, this role is key to delivering memorable event experiences aligned with marketing and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage corporate, B2B, and B2C events, from concept to execution

• Develop event marketing strategies, timelines, and promotional plans

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and venues to ensure seamless execution

• Create engaging content and collateral across email, social media, and web for event promotion

• Manage budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and track event ROI

• Build and maintain relationships with media, partners, and sponsors

• Oversee event branding, signage, and visual identity in line with brand guidelines

• Track attendee registrations, feedback, and engagement metrics for post-event analysis

• Support PR and communications efforts tied to event exposure

• Stay current with event industry trends and competitor activities in the UAE and GCC

  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Events Management, Communications, or a related field

• 3–5 years of experience in event marketing, preferably in the UAE or GCC region

• Proven ability to plan and execute events of various scales (corporate, product launches, conferences, etc.)

• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, brand engagement, and digital amplification

• Excellent project management and organizational skills

• Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing, social media platforms)

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage

• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during events
