Estimation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the estimation team in preparing accurate cost estimates for landscape and water feature projects.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and technical documents to assess material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Develop BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost breakdowns, and tender submissions.
• Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Conduct risk assessments to ensure profitability and minimize cost variations.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
• Stay updated on market trends, material prices, and construction industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and contractual obligations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in estimation, specifically in landscape and water bodies.
• Strong knowledge of tendering procedures, cost estimation, and project budgeting.
• Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
