ERP Specialist

An ERP Specialist is responsible for the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems within an organization. This role ensures that the ERP software meets business needs by configuring modules, troubleshooting system issues, and optimizing processes. The specialist collaborates with different departments, provides user training, and enhances system functionality for better efficiency and productivity. Strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and maintain ERP systems to align with business processes.

• Analyze business requirements and customize ERP modules accordingly.

• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to end users.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in ERP implementation, customization, and support.

• Strong understanding of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar platforms.

• Knowledge of database management, SQL, and system integration.

• Analytical thinking with problem-solving abilities to optimize business processes.

• Excellent communication skills for training and technical support.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.

• Experience with ERP security, user roles, and access management.

• Familiarity with automation, reporting tools, and business intelligence systems.

• Certification in ERP systems is a plus.
