ERP Specialist

An ERP Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems within an organization. This role involves configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining ERP software to ensure seamless business operations. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of business processes, technical expertise in ERP solutions, and the ability to work with multiple departments to improve system functionality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• analyze business needs and translate them into ERP system requirements

• configure, implement, and maintain ERP modules to enhance operational efficiency

• troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional ERP-related issues

• collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure system alignment with company objectives

• develop and customize reports, dashboards, and workflows within the ERP system

• provide training and support to end-users for optimal system utilization

• ensure ERP data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards

• integrate ERP solutions with third-party applications and external systems

• conduct system upgrades, testing, and performance optimizations

• stay updated on the latest ERP trends and recommend improvements

Requirements:

• bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field

• proven experience as an ERP specialist, administrator, or consultant

• strong knowledge of ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar

• experience with database management, SQL, and system integration

• excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills

• ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively

• experience in ERP customization and module implementation is a plus

• fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
