Engineer - Air Management Systems (AMS)

As an Engineer specializing in Air Management Systems (AMS), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining efficient systems related to air circulation and quality control. Your primary duties will include conducting research, testing components, analyzing data, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise with air management systems. You will collaborate with a team of engineers to ensure that AMS designs meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will participate in the installation and commissioning of AMS projects, as well as provide technical support to clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or aerospace engineering, with expertise in HVAC systems and air quality technologies. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test air management systems for various applications, ensuring performance and efficiency.
• Analyze system requirements and specifications to design components such as air filters, ducts, fans, and control systems.
• Conduct simulations and modeling to optimize airflow and pressure within the system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and project managers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to air management systems during testing and implementation phases.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies related to air management systems to propose innovative solutions.
• Create technical documentation including design drawings, specifications, reports, and presentations.
• Participate in design reviews, meetings, and project discussions to provide technical expertise and insights.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety requirements in the design and development of air management systems.
• Support product validation and verification processes to ensure system performance meets customer expectations.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD software for design and analysis of AMS components.
• Knowledge of fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and heat transfer principles.
• Experience with testing and validation of AMS components and systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
