Employee Relations Specialist

The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for fostering positive relations between employees and the organization. They address employee concerns and grievances, provide guidance on workplace policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with labor laws. The Employee Relations Specialist also assists with investigations related to employee misconduct or conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues, conflicts, and grievances.
• Provide guidance and interpretation of workplace policies and procedures.
• Investigate and resolve employee complaints or concerns related to working conditions, harassment, or discrimination.
• Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement employee relations programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and deliver training programs on employee rights and responsibilities.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records related to employee relations.
• Stay current on employment laws and emerging trends in employee relations.
