Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have expertise in email automation, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage customers and generate leads.
• Design, write, and optimize email content, subject lines, and CTAs for higher open and click-through rates.
• Manage and segment email lists to ensure targeted and personalized messaging.
• Implement automation workflows for lead nurturing, customer retention, and re-engagement.
• Conduct A/B testing on email elements such as subject lines, content, and layouts.
• Analyze email performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions, and ROI) and provide insights for improvement.
• Ensure email compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other regulations.
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to align email strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Stay updated with the latest email marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a digital marketing role.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Marketo, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates (a plus).
• Experience with CRM systems and customer segmentation.
• Analytical mindset with expertise in Google Analytics and campaign tracking tools.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills for engaging email campaigns.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
