Electromechanical Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Electromechanical Engineer to design, develop, and maintain electromechanical systems across various applications, including industrial automation, HVAC, power generation, and robotics. The role involves integrating electrical and mechanical components to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both electrical and mechanical engineering, with experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and system optimization.

Responsibilities:

• design and develop electromechanical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

• conduct system analysis, testing, and troubleshooting to enhance performance and reliability

• collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical and electrical components in product development

• oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electromechanical equipment

• create and review technical drawings, schematics, and documentation for new and existing systems

• ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental requirements

• research and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and sustainability of electromechanical systems

• develop predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and operational disruptions

• provide technical support and training to operational and maintenance teams

• manage vendor relationships, procurement of components, and cost optimization for projects

Requirements:

• bachelor’s degree in electromechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a related field

• minimum 3-5 years of experience in electromechanical systems design, maintenance, or automation

• proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and electrical simulation tools

• strong knowledge of PLCs, control systems, sensors, and automation technologies

• experience with power systems, HVAC, and industrial machinery is a plus

• excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting issues

• ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment

• strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with engineers, technicians, and clients

• knowledge of industry standards such as ISO, IEC, and OSHA regulations
