Electro-Hydraulic Technician

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Electro-Hydraulic Technician to install, maintain, and repair electro-hydraulic systems used in industrial and mobile applications. Based in the UAE, the role involves troubleshooting complex control circuits and hydraulic systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety in high-demand environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, testing, and commissioning of electro-hydraulic systems

• Diagnose and repair hydraulic and electrical faults in equipment and control systems

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic pumps, valves, actuators, and electronic controls

• Interpret hydraulic and electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals

• Work on proportional and servo valve systems, pressure regulators, and hydraulic power units (HPUs)

• Assemble hydraulic components and hoses, ensuring leak-free and efficient operation

• Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters, pressure gauges, and flow meters

• Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and compliance documentation

• Ensure work is carried out according to safety standards and operational guidelines

• Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to implement system upgrades and improvements

  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or technical certification in Mechatronics, Industrial Electronics, or a related field

• 3–5 years of experience in electro-hydraulic systems maintenance or industrial automation

• Strong knowledge of hydraulic components and electrical circuits

• Familiarity with PLC-controlled systems and electronic feedback mechanisms

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

• Hands-on experience using workshop tools and diagnostic equipment

• Understanding of UAE HSE standards and mechanical safety practices

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

• Valid UAE driver’s license is a plus

• Willingness to travel to sites or offshore locations as needed
