Electrical Supervisor

The Electrical Supervisor will oversee electrical maintenance activities and supervise a team of electricians. Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of electricians and ensure that all work is performed safely and efficiently.

• Inspect and maintain electrical systems and equipment to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective resolutions.
• Monitor the performance of electrical systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with other departments to support the installation and commissioning of new electrical systems.
• Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance activities.
• Train and mentor electricians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Stay informed about advancements in electrical technology and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as an electrical supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
