Job Description

The Electrical Lead Technician is responsible for overseeing the electrical systems of a project, providing technical guidance to the team, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise a team of electricians and technicians
  • Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs or replacements as necessary.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and recommend solutions.
  • Manage electrical inventory and ensure availability of necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Train and mentor technicians to improve their technical skills.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed


Candidate Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and codes
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Valid electrical license or certification
