Electrical Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing electrical systems for various projects, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems. The Electrical Designer will work closely with engineers and project managers to develop detailed drawings and specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical principles and codes.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems for industrial, commercial, and residential projects.
• Create detailed drawings and specifications in accordance with project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards.
• Conduct site visits to assess electrical requirements.
• Select and specify electrical materials and equipment.
• Review and approve electrical system installations.
• Prepare and present electrical design proposals.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet client needs and project goals.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback from team members and clients.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in electrical design.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
