We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead and grow our online sales platforms. This role involves overseeing all aspects of ecommerce operations, including online merchandising, marketing strategies, customer experience, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in digital commerce trends and possess strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills. This position plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and enhancing brand presence through innovative and customer-centric ecommerce initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce strategies to drive online traffic, improve conversion rates, and increase revenue
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ecommerce platform, ensuring smooth functionality, up-to-date content, and seamless user experience
Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure product listings, promotions, and campaigns align with brand goals and seasonal trends
Analyze website traffic, sales data, and user behavior to optimize performance and identify areas for growth or improvement
Manage the product catalog, pricing updates, and inventory coordination to ensure accuracy and availability across channels
Implement SEO and digital marketing strategies, including email campaigns, paid ads, and social media integrations, to enhance visibility and engagement
Coordinate with third-party vendors, logistics providers, and technical support teams to maintain service quality and timely fulfillment
Monitor ecommerce KPIs and provide regular performance reports to senior management with actionable insights and recommendations
Lead the planning and execution of online sales events, new product launches, and promotional campaigns
Stay informed about the latest ecommerce technologies, tools, and consumer trends to keep the platform competitive and up to date
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Ecommerce Manager or similar role, with a successful track record of driving online sales and digital growth
Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and web analytics tools (like Google Analytics)
Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing campaigns
Solid knowledge of UX/UI principles, content management, and ecommerce best practices
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use it to make informed decisions
Strong leadership and project management capabilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
