Ecommerce Manager

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to drive our online sales strategy, manage digital platforms, and enhance the customer shopping experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the e-commerce business, including website management, digital marketing, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to increase sales and improve customer experience.
• Manage and optimize the e-commerce website, ensuring seamless navigation, fast load times, and mobile responsiveness.
• Oversee product listings, pricing strategies, promotions, and inventory management to maximize conversions.
• Analyze customer behavior, website traffic, and sales performance, using data-driven insights to improve strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and implement digital campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors, payment gateways, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
• Stay updated with e-commerce trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with data security, legal regulations, and online retail standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.) and digital marketing tools.
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX, customer journey, and online sales funnel optimization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
