Job Description

We are seeking an E-commerce Senior Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales platforms, enhance user experience, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have expertise in e-commerce strategy, digital marketing, and marketplace management to ensure seamless online operations and increased sales performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to enhance online sales and customer engagement.
  • Manage and optimize the company’s website, product listings, and online store functionality.
  • Oversee marketplace operations on platforms like Amazon, Noon, Shopify, Magento, or other relevant e-commerce platforms.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with logistics, customer service, and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Enhance user experience (UX/UI) by improving website design, navigation, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Develop promotional strategies, including discounts, seasonal campaigns, and loyalty programs.
  • Track KPIs and generate reports to measure e-commerce performance and provide insights to management.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, online retail, or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon Seller Central, etc.).
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Familiarity with inventory management, payment gateways, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and customer behavior trends.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic e-commerce environment.
