E-Commerce Executive

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy e-commerce executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will oversee product listings, coordinate digital marketing efforts, analyze performance metrics, and ensure a smooth customer experience across all e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings across company websites and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Shopify, etc.)

• Optimize product content for SEO, visuals, and conversion rate

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain for product availability

• Track and analyze key performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns including email marketing, Google Ads, and social media promotions

• Coordinate promotions, discount codes, and seasonal sales

• Collaborate with customer service to ensure timely resolution of order-related issues

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices

• Generate regular performance and sales reports for management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing

• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or marketplaces)

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)

• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and online customer behavior

• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
