E-Commerce Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales, website traffic, and customer behavior data.

• Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.

• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.

• Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to optimize campaigns.

• Segment customers and perform A/B testing for user experience improvements.

• Monitor and report on website conversion rates and product performance.

• Utilize Google Analytics, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms.

• Make data-driven recommendations to enhance merchandising and promotions.

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting.

• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce analytics tools and trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital analytics roles.

• Proficiency in Google Analytics, SQL, Excel, and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.

• Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs and customer journey mapping.

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
