Are you a detail-oriented Draughtsman with a passion for precision in concrete construction? Gutmann is looking for a skilled professional to join our team in Dubai, where you’ll play a key role in shaping structural designs that bring projects to life!

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨:

- Prepare and refine 2D and 3D technical drawings for concrete structures, including foundations, slabs, beams, and pre-cast panels.

- Work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet technical specifications and industry standards.

- Convert architectural and structural plans into detailed shop drawings and material take-offs.

- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and best practices.

- Collaborate with site teams to resolve design challenges and adjust drawings as needed.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠:

- Proven experience as a Draughtsman in concrete construction or structural design.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other CAD software.

- Strong knowledge of concrete construction processes, materials, and reinforcement detailing.

- Familiarity with building codes, industry standards, and site practices.

- Diploma or technical degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

- Experience in 3D modeling (SketchUp) and precast concrete design.
