Domestic Workers Trainer ( Female)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Trainer - Domestic Workers (Female) to join our team and provide high-quality training for domestic workers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in training domestic staff, equipping them with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct training sessions for domestic workers, including maids, nannies, caregivers, and other household staff.

· Provide instruction on housekeeping, childcare, elderly care, cooking, and other essential domestic duties.

· Develop clear, practical, and easy-to-follow training materials and programs.

· Offer ongoing support, guidance, and constructive feedback to trainees.

· Assess workers’ skills and progress, providing personalized recommendations for improvement.

· Ensure all workers are trained on safety protocols, hygiene standards, and the correct use of household equipment.

· Create a positive learning environment that fosters skill development and confidence.

· Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure well-trained workers are matched with suitable families.

Requirements:

· Female candidates only.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in training domestic workers or a similar role.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to develop and implement effective training programs.

· Patience, empathy, and the ability to work with diverse individuals.

· Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

· Certification in caregiving or training is preferred but not mandatory.

· Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care.
