We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to join our team. The Document Controller will be responsible for the management, distribution, and storage of all documents related to projects. Duties include ensuring all documents are accurately recorded, updated, and stored in company systems, maintaining document control procedures, and facilitating document reviews and approvals. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in document management systems. A background in project management or a similar field is preferred. Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize all project documents in a systematic manner.
  • Ensure all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for authorized personnel.
  • Maintain document control procedures to track revisions, approvals, and distribution of documents.
  • Coordinate with project teams to gather, review, and approve documents for proper filing.
  • Implement document management systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with document control standards and regulations.
  • Provide training and support to staff on document control processes and best practices.
  • Generate reports and status updates on document management activities as required.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve document-related issues.
  • Continuously improve document control processes and procedures to enhance overall efficiency and accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field.
  • Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience as a Document Controller or in a related role preferred.
