We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all project documents, ensuring they are accurately recorded, distributed, and stored. Key responsibilities include maintaining document control procedures, coordinating document reviews and approvals, and managing document revisions. The Document Controller will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulations. Strong communication skills, proficiency in document management systems, and a keen eye for accuracy are essential for this role. Previous experience in document control within a construction or engineering environment is preferred. Responsibilities

  • Organize, manage, and maintain document control systems and processes.
  • Ensure all documents are accurately filed, tracked, and updated in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and review document changes to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with project teams to gather necessary documentation and ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
  • Distribute documents to relevant stakeholders and provide access as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation and formatting of documents to meet organizational standards.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify document control processes are effective and identify areas for improvement.
  • Respond to document control queries and provide support to team members as required.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all documents and sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on document control procedures and requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information management, or related field.
  • Proven experience working as a document controller or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
