Director of Revenue

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Director of Revenue to lead revenue optimization efforts across our UAE operations. This leadership role is responsible for maximizing profitability through pricing strategies, forecasting, inventory control, and data-driven decision-making across all revenue channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize profitability across all business units

• Lead pricing, distribution, and inventory control to maximize revenue across multiple channels

• Analyze market trends, booking patterns, competitor performance, and internal data to identify revenue opportunities

• Oversee demand forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment of pricing and promotional activities

• Implement tools and systems for dynamic pricing, segmentation, and rate management

• Monitor KPIs (RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, yield) and drive improvements across all metrics

• Evaluate and refine channel mix strategies to enhance direct bookings and reduce dependency on intermediaries

• Train and mentor revenue team members, ensuring best practices are adopted across the department

• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and reporting standards in all revenue-related activities

  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Hospitality Management, or related field

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in revenue management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

• Strong analytical and forecasting skills with proficiency in revenue management systems (RMS), PMS, and Excel

• In-depth understanding of pricing strategies, distribution management, and channel optimization

• Experience working in the UAE or GCC region with knowledge of regional market dynamics

• Proven leadership and team development capabilities

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple revenue streams

• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus

• Experience in hospitality, healthcare, or real estate revenue management is preferred
