Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Food & Beverage to oversee the culinary and beverage operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional dining experiences, driving profitability, and maintaining high-quality service standards. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a passion for hospitality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring excellence in service and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve operational efficiency, and enhance guest experiences.
  • Create and manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
  • Establish and maintain high-quality food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with regulations.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver exceptional service and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with chefs, bar managers, and suppliers to curate innovative menus and beverage selections.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to adapt offerings and enhance competitiveness.
  • Monitor inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost control.
  • Implement and oversee marketing and promotional activities to attract customers and drive sales.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer service, ensuring complaints and issues are resolved promptly.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine-dining setting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue.
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends, quality standards, and industry regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.


Preferred Skills:

  • Expertise in menu planning, food presentation, and beverage pairings.
  • Experience in handling VIP clients and high-end dining experiences.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Multilingual skills (preferred but not required).
