Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy. They will oversee marketing campaigns, manage the digital marketing budget, and ensure that all digital marketing activities are aligned with our business goals.


Key Responsibilities:


Digital Marketing Strategy:


Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Campaign Management:


Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and display advertising campaigns.

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics and provide regular reports.

Content Management:


Oversee the creation of high-quality content for all digital platforms, including website, blogs, social media, and email.

Ensure content is optimized for search engines and engages the target audience.

SEO/SEM:


Manage SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.

Plan and execute paid search campaigns (PPC) to drive targeted traffic and generate leads.

Social Media Management:


Develop and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with followers.

Email Marketing:


Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails.

Segment email lists and personalize email content to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Budget Management:


Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure all campaigns are cost-effective.

Analyze ROI and optimize spending to achieve maximum results.

Team Management:


Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists and content creators.

Provide guidance and support to ensure the team meets its goals and objectives.


Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools).

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Creative and strategic mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:


Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
